By opting into text notifications, you agree to receive text messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates on technician arrival times.

3. Text Messaging

If you choose to opt in to our text messaging service, you will receive messages related to your appointment. These messages may include confirmations, reminders, and communication with your assigned technician. Message frequency varies. Standard text messaging rates from your carrier may apply. Opt out at any time by replying "stop" or "unsubscribe".

4. Data Privacy

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee. Please contact our support team directly for assistance.
